Office assistant
Seeking an office assistant for a busy construction office. Monday through Saturday in Bay Shore. Answer phones, filing, emails and general office functions.
Must be comfortable on the phone and have great customer service skills
Ability to multitask is a MUST
This is an entry level position in a fast-paced office.
We are willing to train.
Written and Verbal communication with customers are applicable with accuracy required

SHIFTS 7am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm MON-SAT
Salary: Commensurate with experience
BILINGUAL SPANISH AND ENGLISH is a plus.
