We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for commissioning, maintaining, and repairing industrial burner systems and process controls at various ccustomer locations, mainly in North America, but occasionally overseas. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. This position requires 90% overnight travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Commission, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.

Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment usage.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.

Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Travel to various client locations as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

A degree or certification in a technical field is preferred.

Knowledge of industrial burners and/or process controls is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
