Operations Manager

Supervise and perform back-office tasks such as dispute resolution, wire transfers, and processing foreign check collections.
Set up and manage fraud alert systems and associated activities.
Revise and evaluate departmental protocols to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
Perform daily reconciliation of accounts in progress.
Help with the maintenance of client accounts in the back office.
Carry out monthly and quarterly departmental certifications.
Work together with bank regulators and auditors to provide necessary documentation and reports.
Assist with client services and cash management when needed.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring quick resolution of inquiries.
Manage client correspondence in accordance with bank policies and product knowledge.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector, ideally in management and back-office support roles.
Preferably holds a college degree.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven capability to handle routine issues and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent leadership skills with an emphasis on team efficiency and employee development.
Demonstrated proficiency in fraud detection and resolving disputes.
Thorough understanding of banking regulations and operational procedures.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom.
