Perform data QC, document results, and communicate to stakeholders. Maintain updated understanding and knowledge of methods. Identify and escalate equipment malfunctions; troubleshoot common errors. Participate in the updating of protocols and database to accurately reflect the current practices. Maintain equipment and instruments in good operating condition Adapt to unexpected schedule changes and respond to emergency situations, as needed.Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or related field.

0-1 + years of experience plus practical lab experience.

Experience with hardware/software integration and real time systems.

Familiarity with software development and life science concepts, methods, and concepts.

Knowledge of safety procedures relating to operation of equipment and handling of chemicals.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing automation workflows.

Experience programing with an object-oriented programing language such as java or C#.

Experience developing and supporting integrated work cells.

Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies that are commonly used in modern data analysis.

Demonstrated ability to work successfully within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Demonstrated ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

The base pay for this position ranges from $86,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
