Looking for an office helper that is skilled in customer service and ideally has experience in office work. The job includes scheduling customers, dispatching plumbers, helping to resolve customers concerns, etc. We are a plumbing company with over 20 years of experience and work with HomeDepot, Lowe's, and several insurance companies.

We are looking for someone who:

-Can quickly learn different service portals (websites)

-Has great customer service skills

-Ideally has plumbing knowledge or similar

-Dog friendly

We are family owned and family operated and since covid have moved our main office to the back of our property. We do have a 4 year old shepherd who likes to stroll in and out during office hours, so we are hoping you're dog friendly!

This year we will expand back to a warehouse and are looking for someone reliable to be promoted to an office manager for our new location.
