E-GPS Enabling Areas-GPS Assisted Acquisition Service (AAS) Proposal Staffing Manager (CL-5) Description The Deloitte Government and Public Services (GPS) Sales Excellence team seeks an experienced Staffing/Basis of Estimate (BOE) lead with deep experience driving staffing strategy, building a project Staffing database, aligning staff to LCAT and functional roles, and defining the level of effort (LOE) rationale. The lead should have a proven track record of success on $100M+ bids.Recruiting for this role ends on October 31, 2024Work You'll DoThis position works directly with the capture executive, deal architect, and technical volume lead to develop a staffing strategy to meet technical solution. In this role you will:

Collaborate with account leadership and the Pricing Team to support the development of a staffing model and plan

Interpret requirements and evaluation criteria to determine the proper staffing approach

Work with named personnel to validate staffing approach, and data details (e.g., levels, clearances, locations, and specific skills)

Guide and direct the team to consistently apply the staffing approach across all volumes, including pricing, while ensuring differentiated strengths are incorporated and emphasized

Assist in the ongoing refinement of processes, tools, and templates for staffing and basis of estimate calculations

Qualifications

Required:

8+ years work experience

Combined experience with any of the following: strategic staffing, proposal development, solutions development, and/or costing and pricing.

Experience as a Staffing Lead, BOE Lead, or Pricing Lead, developing proposal content that contribute to major Federal contract

Direct experience supporting complex Assisted Acquisition Service (e.g., FEDSIM, GSA Regional/APEX, etc.) captures and proposal submissions or leading self-scoring responses.

Expertise in Microsoft excel, building models and manipulating data.

Bachelor's degree preferred concentration in Business, English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications or equivalent work experience.

Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

Business operations/management experience delivering technical or management consulting services or developing solutions for Federal clients.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
