In this role, you will work with subject matter experts to create and implement marketing and sales enablement plans that raise awareness of relevant regulations and incentives among target customers and internal team members. Your objective will be to position Trane as the leading authority in the regulatory and incentive landscape, giving our solutions and capabilities a competitive edge in both new building and retrofit projects.Your efforts will encourage customers and prospects to trust Trane to integrate the financial impact of available incentives into their programs and in identifying requirements for achieving compliance. You will ensure they understand the benefits, requirements, and potential financial advantages of compliance and incentives. Additionally, you will support sales by providing the necessary resources and knowledge to discuss and incorporate these financial impacts into customer conversations and bids.Thrive at work and at home:

Where is the work:This a Remote position open to qualified candidates currently located in the United States.What you will do:
Support the collection of insights and research on customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape as it relates to regulations, incentives, and utility dynamics for both new and existing buildings.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Sales, and Vertical Marketing Managers across the organization and use data and insights to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans to drive awareness and engagement with key target audiences.
Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and digital content to educate customers or prospective customers about the implications of regulations and incentives and highlight the value proposition of working with Trane to achieve project funding goals. Manage the production and distribution of marketing content across various channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and industry events.
Support localized marketing teams to expand industry, segment, and customer-specific value propositions with regional or geography-specific content and assets that address specific regulations, incentive opportunities, or utility programs relevant to individual areas.
Support sales enablement efforts with sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to establish the integration of regulations and incentives into customer discussions and project or deal proposals.
What you will bring:
Minimum 7-10 years of marketing or relevant business experience, preferably in the energy or sustainability sector
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar; MBA preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling messages.
Exceptional people skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams
Knowledge of marketing strategy and execution in a complex (matrix) business environment
Experience with regulations, tax or utility incentives, and/or government programs
A track record of delivering outstanding tangible results in a high-performance environment

Base Pay Range : $110,000-135,000+. Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
