Looking to higher an electrical helper that has tools and vehicle

Looking to hire an electrical helper to assist me in installing light fixtures, outlets and switches. I'm looking for someone who is coachable , ambitious and what to learn. Person must have a vehicle and aleast basic electrical tools and must have basic knowledge of electrical. Person must dress professionally. No sagging jeans, lady's no leggins or cleavage .
