This position would be a part of a great team supporting SMS Process Excellence within North America and supporting our businesses Internationally.This individual will work 100% remoteWhat You Will Do:
Communicate effectively and professionally with personnel supporting Product Safety Issues, incidents and accidents Internationally
Support and ultimately individually conduct risk analyses for individual Product Safety Issues (PSI) using statistical tools such as the FAA Continued Airworthiness Assessment Methodologies, comparable EASA or other regulatory analyses and Military Product Safety Risk Analyses.
Digest large amounts of data quickly while dealing with ambiguity
Extensive internal interface with various SBU support organizations within the organization
Continue to develop and participate in efficient process improvements using CORE Principles
What You Will Learn:
Detailed understanding of Commercial and Military Platforms (e.g. Aircraft) architectures, capabilities, system performance, specific Collins product operations, safety features and redundancies.
Safety analyses methodologies, predictions and approaches used by Regulators, Industry and our customers
Qualifications You Must Have:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Statistically methods and approaches applied to Airworthiness Methodologies
Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Math/Physics focus

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
