Property Manager Needed

Established Property Management company is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a mixed portfolio of properties. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, coordinating vendors, overseeing tenant work orders and maintenance staff, frequent site visits, overseeing apartment turnovers, assisting with rent collections, etc.

Candidate must have a car, be able to multitask, be available after hours or on weekends when emergencies arise.
