2nd Shift Quality Technician

Automotive supplier of metal stampings is looking for a CMM Programmer / Operator / Quality Technician. Successful candidates must be experienced in CMM programming and part layout techniques, measuring tools and Inspection/test methods along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Knowledgeable in GD&T, measurement equipment usage and calibration including micrometers, height gage, calipers, and in surface plate layout techniques. Ideal candidate will possess the ability to make educated decisions regarding part quality and have knowledge of automotive stampings. Familiarity with Vision inspection equipment is a plus. Must have at least 3 years working in quality. Should also be comfortable working in a team-based environment and have excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
