Production Manager

Job DescriptionThis resource will be over seeing 130 individuals within their production department and have four direct supervisors reporting to them. In this role they will be more hands off then hands on with any maintenance, but they are looking for a servant leader who is not hesitant to get their hands dirty. There will be an emphasis on trainings as well as health and safety programs.
