Description We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in our Financial Services sector located in Minden, Nevada. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining our operations by carrying out various administrative tasks. Your duties will involve handling client correspondence, managing customer accounts, and providing support to our office staff.Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of email correspondence with clients and staff Handle inbound and outbound calls, effectively answering inquiries and providing necessary information Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry tasks as needed Assist in the preparation of client billing spreadsheets for monthly invoicing Send invoices and notices to clients in a timely manner Forward official documents and mail to clients, ensuring they receive all necessary information Send payment reminders to accounts that are overdue Generate and file special reports as required by management Assist in special projects, providing administrative support where needed Track and order office supplies, ensuring the smooth running of the office Schedule appointments and meetings as required. Please note that proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required for this role. Experience with customer service and data entry will be beneficial. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience within the Financial Services industry as an Administrative Assistant or similar role Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette Proven customer service skills with the ability to manage queries and issues effectively Experience in data entry with high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent written communication skills with experience in email correspondence Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of discretion and judgement in handling confidential information.
