You are the kind of professional, who has a mastery of interpersonal skills, project management life cycles, and acute attention to detail in a fast-paced agency environment.Responsibilities:
Manage multiple complex campaigns and lines of businesses
Manage, execute and oversee the development of creative video/custom program development (concept to launch), including production timelines and technical specifications, and routing of digital display, video, and other creative assets between the client, internal teams, creative agencies, and media partners
Manage and oversee the internal creative traffic process from ideation to launch soup to nuts for all digital/advertising campaigns
Strategize and partner with the agency teams to establish baseline project plans for all agency deliverables - using Project Management best practices and/or tools
Manage and oversee the Quality Control process to ensure
Develop reports/documentation to keep clients and agency informed on projects/campaigns, deliverable progress and issue tracking
Analyzes and prioritizes multiple activities and project needs, while establishing attainable deadlines
Resolve project issues and escalates challenges and risk as needed to internal and external stakeholders
Manage and ensures efficient workflows within the department
Effectively assign, delegate, coordinate and monitor all PM team member’s activities and projects to ensure they are delivering as promised (on time, on budget, etc.)
Manage the overall quality control process and verify all internal and external assets meets all specifications and uphold quality standards of client/agency
Provide leadership, motivation, mentoring and training for the project management team
Manage and direct outside partners as needed (specialized agencies, illustrators, photographers, graphic designers, etc.)
Partner with Media Buyers to provide creative insights and advise on creative feasibility when evaluating new media opportunities/projects
Qualifications
5 years of agency and strong project management experience. Experience with agencies that have a heavy production environment (digital, experiential, social, video, photography) is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills
Advanced understanding of the advertising industry and multiple media types (digital, video, social, print, cinema, ooh, etc.)
Knowledge of marketing and agency related technologies and trends
Excellent verbal ability and personal diplomacy
Strong knowledge of digital media creative specs, IAB standards, and related concepts
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently across disciplines with colleagues, clients, and partners at all levels
Basic knowledge of Google Campaign Manager or Studio is a plus
