The responsibilities include creating and editing job descriptions, along with providing administrative, organizational, and reporting support to the team.What you'll do
Develop and write new job descriptions based on job analysis and organizational needs
Revise and update existing job descriptions to ensure they reflect current job responsibilities, requirements, and organizational structure
Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements in all job descriptions
Ensure all job descriptions comply with legal requirements, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines
Maintain consistency in format, tone, and language across all job descriptions
Maintain an organized database of all job descriptions
Work closely with HR partners, hiring managers, and department leaders to gather necessary information for accurate job descriptions
Provides administrative support for Global Compensation and Mobility leadership team
Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Provides data reports and analyses on an ad-hoc basis
Contribute to the development of compensation policies and practices
Gather and analyze compensation data to perform analysis and support business needs
Assist in creating decks, assembling cribs, and preparing other materials for presentations to ensure clear and effective communication of compensation strategies and recommendations
Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and sessions for HR partners and managers on compensation practices and policies
Performs other duties as required
All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
Human Resources experience
Prior analytical or administrative experience in Human Resources, Payroll, HRIS, accounting or related
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
Skills in performing various mathematical computations
Experience with SuccessFactors
Ability to provide strong customer service orientation with demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Ability to use appropriate judgment and discretion in completing work assignments to ensure confidentiality of employee compensation data
