We are seeking skilled and experienced Construction Plumbers (apprentice and experienced) to join our team. As a Construction Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various construction projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that water and drainage systems are efficiently and safely installed to meet the needs of residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with local plumbing codes and project specifications.

Read Blueprints: Interpret construction blueprints and design plans to determine the layout and configuration of plumbing systems.

Pipefitting: Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes using various tools and equipment. Join pipes and fittings together using soldering, brazing, and welding techniques.

Fixture Installation: Install and connect sinks, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures. Ensure they function correctly and do not leak.

Drainage Systems: Establish and maintain effective drainage systems to prevent backups and ensure proper waste disposal.

Water Supply: Assemble, install, and maintain water supply lines, including water heaters, pumps, and other components to provide reliable water distribution.

Testing and Inspection: Conduct tests to identify leaks and check the functionality of plumbing systems. Address any issues that may arise.

Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and any modifications to plumbing systems.

Collaboration: Work closely with other construction professionals, including general contractors, electricians, and HVAC technicians, to coordinate efforts and ensure the successful completion of construction projects.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check.
