Do you experience clinical depression? Do you feel like you are always tired, no matter how much sleep you get?

Are you between the ages of 21 and 55?

Are you willing to spend time recording and monitoring your sleep?

You may be eligible for one of our current research studies.

Our research lab at the University of Pennsylvania is conducting several research studies on sleep, sleep problems, and their relationship to mental health. Good sleep is a foundation for health and well-being and we are trying to improve our understanding of these areas. We are looking for participants for our studies and are hoping you might be interested in getting involved to help us advance science.

You will:

Complete several questionnaires

Complete a daily sleep diary for a week

Have your sleep monitored overnight at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania om two nights and one full day.

Compensation for participation will be provided.
