We are now open 7 days per week in both the restaurant and brewery. Our team is very professional and our Chefs have great skill to help you grow. Sous Chef Job Summary
Culinary management team member responsible for high quality shift preparation, execution, and closing. Assist Executive Chef in training, supervision, and motivation of culinary team to produce menu items to standard in a timely and organized fashion. Participates on a management level in monitoring and evaluating operational effectiveness, efficiency of tasks, adherence to systems, oversight of cleanliness, organization, and safety. Opportunity to participate in product knowledge education, creative menu management, local product sourcing, daily specials, and ongoing culinary leadership initiatives.
