At Whizz Kids, we are a small community that values our teachers and believes in self-care. We do our best to provide extra classroom staff support and accommodate a life/work balance. Our team cares for one another: our work environment includes on-the-job training and growth opportunities.

We are looking for assistant teachers to round out our amazing team.

We are an Early Achievers Level 3+ program that operates a year-round, all-day (M-F) educational program that serves children ages 12 months to six years.

Our Philosophy is inspired by the schools of Reggio Emilia and Reflective Practice that incorporates an emergent curriculum in a child-centered environment. Teachers are committed to observation and documentation, reflecting children's work to them in the classroom online through Easyfolio with daily teacher feedback, photo boards, and learning stories for families.

Desirable Qualifications:

AA degree in ECE (or related field)

1+ years working with preschool children in an early learning setting.

Team leadership qualities include strong communication and problem-solving skills, proven initiative, accountability, and dependability—interest in continued personal and professional growth.
