Office Manager for a CPA Firm/Administrative Assistant

Local CPA/Business Management firm seeks a full-time administrative assistant to manage the affairs of the firm. We cater to high-net worth individuals in the entertainment and other industries. Job Duties Include:
Must be able to multi-task.
Be able to work overtime and on Saturdays during tax season.
Must be professional and courteous.
Be familair with tax forms.
Assemble tax returns for individual and entity tax returns.
Input accounting information into QuickBooks and other accounting programs.
Maintain and clean up various databases.
Prepare quarterly and annual mailings and emails.
Other general office duties such as working with the postage machine, copier and scanner.
Qualifications:
Must be self motivated, organized, a self starter, detailed orientated and have good communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Proficient in the English language with A+ Grammar and spoken skills would be preferred.
QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
A plus if you have experience in assembling tax returns and are familiar with tax forms.
Real estate experience such as a transaction coordinator is a plus but not necessary.
Experienced in web designing products such Adobe Illustrator and Deamweaver would be preferred.
