Local Manufacturer seeks talented Order Entry/Coding Clerk

Position involves entering customer orders into the company’s system for production and delivery, verifying the details, and ensuring that they match the customer’s specifications and requirements.

Responsible for managing the flow of information and materials from order entry through shipment, as well as resolving any issues that may arise along the way. To perform this role effectively, order processing position requires a set of skills that enable candidate to handle complex and dynamic situations, communicate clearly and professionally, and measure and improve their performance

Position interfaces with sales professionals, production team, and accounting personnel to coordinate, cooperate, and support the order processing activities. Communication and collaboration skills require clarity, courtesy, and professionalism.

Skills required include:

Basic Computer literacy

Ability to learn and use proprietary manufacture order process control system

Demonstrative history of time management and prioritization abilities

Product Knowledge and understanding

Accurate data entry capability

Internal and External Communication skills – oral and written formats
