COMMERCIAL INSURANCE RECEPTIONIST / CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our receptionist attends to Customers and help them with inquiries on the phone, email and face to face.
Help customers with their questions about products and programs. Provide high quality support by phone, email, and other written communications.
Answers incoming emails and phone calls and directs calls to appropriate personnel.
Assists with miscellaneous clerical duties as needed.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year receptionist experience.
Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of the English language and the ability to clearly articulate program details to customers over the telephone and email.
