We have an unbeatable commission structure for all products sold to assure your gratitude, and also obtain an award winning customer service team to retain all sales for you. ```Duties```
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and create customized insurance plans
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with policy inquiries, claims, and changes
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach them
- Utilize telemarketing and sales administration techniques to generate leads and close sales
- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with clients to ensure optimal coverage
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Proficient in telemarketing techniques and sales administration processes
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for serving diverse client populations
