CREW FOREMAN - Full-Time, Benefits & Take-Home Vehicle

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Oversee accurate sod installation with a crew of 2-4 people (landscaping or sod installation experience preferred, but not required for this position)

 Safely operate forklift on jobsites to move and install sod pallets or sod rolls

 Unload sod pallets or sod rolls from tractor trailers

 Safely drive the crew in an F350 truck to and from job sites around South Florida

 Pick up and drop off crew members at their houses – you will get paid for this!

 Maintain documentation and sod tickets from jobs

 Ensure the safety of self and crew while working

 Identify problems at jobsites and communicate the problems to management

 Always act professional and polite with coworkers and customers

REQUIREMENTS

 Must have a valid Florida’s Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record

 Must have Forklift Operating Experience

 Must be able to pass a Drug-Test. We are a Drug-Free Workplace

 Must be able to read, write, and follow directions in English

 Must be able to verbally communicate well

 Must be dependable, hard-working, and trustworthy

 Must have a good, positive and flexible attitude and be a team player

 Must be able to work outside in varying conditions

 Must be safety oriented and a rule follower

 Must be able to lift 50 lbs

 Must be able to work Monday through Friday for 8 to 12 hours per day, and some Saturdays

 Home every night! We only work locally, so you will be home every night.

 Full-time, year-round position! Plus, we pay overtime at time and a half for every hour after 40 hours.

 Pay is dependent on experience.
