Project Coordinator: IV (Lead)-
Description We are seeking a Project Coordinator: IV (Lead) to join our team. This role is based in Boston, Massachusetts and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in various tasks including scheduling meetings, updating project documents, and preparing status reports. This role also requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and other relevant skills.Responsibilities: Assisting in the collection and validation of information for the project. Updating project plans as necessary and maintaining accurate documentation. Providing support in scheduling and organizing meetings. Assisting in the preparation of status reports and presentations. Providing training and communication support as needed. Monitoring and managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders. Utilizing skills in Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Virtualization to ensure project success. Utilizing language skills in English and Spanish as needed. Providing support in networking and stakeholder management. Maintaining strong written and oral communication skills. Requirements Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish languages Excellent communication and written skills Extensive experience in documentation and preparing presentations Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and MS Visio Ability to plan, schedule meetings, and manage stakeholders Experience in workstation support and collection processes Familiarity with networking, cyber security, and network security Experience in creating and executing validation plans Knowledge of virtualization and Cisco ISE Ability to prepare status reports Experience in photocopying and scanning documents Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
