The Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced painter, preferably with supervisor experience, to join our team. This position offers the potential for career advancement and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality painting tasks including brush, roll, and spray techniques

Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and safety

Lead and mentor less experienced painters

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Manage project timelines and resources efficiently

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of professional painting experience

Proficiency in brush, roll, and spray techniques

Supervisor experience is a plus

Punctuality, a positive attitude, and reliable transportation are essential

What We Offer:

Weekly pay

Paid travel to work (up to 30 minutes)

Competitive wages starting at $25 per hour, with room for advancement/wage increase based on experience

Overtime available weekly; we do not work on weekends or holidays
