Full Time Packaging position

As a Packaging Specialist, you'll learn to operate kegging, bottling, and labeling equipment while working with a dynamic team. Your role is essential in ensuring the high quality of Bayern beer throughout the packaging process. You'll collaborate with production teams to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn and adapt to the packaging department’s processes and standards.

- Train Packaging Assistants as needed for packaging runs.

- Assist with all tasks related to kegging and packaging, order fulfillment, and maintenance tasks.

- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of facilities.

- Follow all SOPs, checklists, and management guidelines.

- Arrive on time for shifts, ready to work with a clear mind.

- Work in a standing position for extended periods of time.

- Safely lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

- Forklift operation.

- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for food and beverage production.

- An advanced understanding of packaging operations.

- Formal education in brewing/engineering/equipment maintenance is a plus.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Solid professional references.
