Traditionally, dental implant procedures required multiple visits to various specialists, with teeth crafted at off-site labs. At Smile Again, we’ve simplified the process by offering all essential components for successful dental implant treatments in-house. From consultation and treatment planning to surgery, restorative care, and on-site teeth creation, we deliver everything in one convenient location.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about connecting with prospective patients and enhancing their experience. This role is vital for ensuring patient satisfaction throughout the entire process - from prospective client outreach, to welcoming patients at our center, to explaining treatment plans and managing their appointments. Responsibilities include overseeing patient treatments, conducting outreach and lead nurturing, and ensuring compliance with practice protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere for patients throughout their visit

Act as an outreach and sales representative for the Center; demonstrate excellent communication, lead nurturing, rapport-building, and assist in attracting new business and help develop plan for growth

Managing incoming calls, scheduling and confirming appointments and assisting with verifying insurance benefits

Collaborate with the Doctor and clinical staff

Maintain the center's calendar

Monitor patient wait times and work with the Doctor to enhance the overall patient experience

Assist with general office tasks, including scanning documents, handling shipments, purchasing office supplies, and supporting team needs as required

Ensure the cleanliness of the waiting room and consultation areas

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistance experience; dental experience is preferred but not required

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer skills (we are a fully digital, chartless practice)

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

A valid driver’s license (due to limited access to public transportation)
