Yard Staff + Security Guards at Busy Repossession Company

We are holding an open call interview Saturday, September 21st from 11am-12pm for positions out of West Babylon.

Available Positions:

Yard Personnel

Employment Duties Include:

- Preparing vehicles for auction

- Emptying personal property out of repossessed vehicles into tote bins

- Removing license plates

Requirements:

- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and

- Work outdoors in all weather conditions (excluding heavy snow)

- Organized

- Reliable

Employment Hours:

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Compensation: Starting Pay $20/hr + 401k benefits start after 3 months of employment.

Security Guard

Employment Duties Include:

- Patrol the premises, to prevent and detect criminal activity, including theft, trespassing, and vandalism.

- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and other security breaches in a timely and effective manner.

- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to report and investigate criminal activity.

- Provide customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.

- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize the risk of theft and damage.

- Monitor and report any unusual or suspicious activity.

- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and submit reports as required.

Requirements:

- Valid certificate in security or law enforcement.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a security guard license.

- Strong conflict management skills.

- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

- Experience in a similar security role is preferred.

Shifts Available:

Monday-Friday 9pm-5am

Saturday-Sunday 9pm-9am

Saturday-Sunday 9am-9pm

Compensation: Starting Pay $18/hr + 401k benefits start after 3 months of employment.
