About Us: Heroes is a new concpect from Ariel Arce owner and partner of Roscioli and Tokoyo Record Bar. The project will be Headed by Executive Chef Aaron Lirette formerly the Executive Chef of Green River in Chicago where he won his first michelin star. Most recently ran Roscioli and Niche Niche here in NYC. Job DetailsHeroe's is seeking a Pastry prep cook with attention to detail, a willingness to learn. The Pastry prep cook will be expected to follow a prep list, keep up with a fast paced environment, communicate effectively, and execute prep work to the highest quality. We are building an environment where there is room to grow, collaborate, and learn.
