Housekeeping/Maintenance Tech

The clubhouse at this community is the hub of activity for the residents and it should always present well to those who walk through our front doors.

Looking for a positive, reliable and enthusiastic person to add to our on-site residential community team. Candidate must be polite and courteous and trustworthy to residents in addition to being responsible and able to communicate and work closely with other staff members. Must be drug-free and be able to pass a background check.

Position to include the cleaning/wiping/dusting/vacuuming/taking trash out at lobbies, foyer, kitchens, mailrooms, corridors, restrooms and other community rooms and offices. In addition, the qualified candidate will also be assisting the on-site maintenance crew with resident work orders.

Maintenance tasks include but not limited to building and ground maintenance. Duties included:

Assist with resident work orders

Setting up and taking down stage & chairs for community events/performances

Perform weekly trash and recycle maintenance of buildings

Assist with replacing air filters and battery replacement for smoke detectors

Clean parking garages

Removal of cobwebs

Additional maintenance duties may include anything from pressure washing to light bulb replacement
