HVAC Senior Technician

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC systems, with a strong focus on chill water systems, Direct Digital Controls (DDC), and advanced Rooftop Units (RTUs). This role demands exceptional diagnostic abilities, superior customer service skills, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC experience, including hands-on work with chill water

and piping systems, DDC controls, and advanced RTUs

Valid EPA certification for handling refrigerants

Proficiency in HVAC diagnostic tools and techniques; ability to read and interpret technical

documents and schematics.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to adapt to new

software and technologies.

Demonstrated excellence in diagnosing and resolving complex HVAC issues with minimal

supervision.

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).

Capability to work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and elevated

heights.
