Commercial Concrete Sales & Estimating

Must have prior experience in construction, commercial or residential services.

Commercial services company looking for someone to help with sales and estimating. We perform concrete repair, sweeping, parking lot striping, pressure washing and other similar services all over the DFW area.

Sales: visit new potential customers all over the Dallas Fort Worth, letting them know what services we perform. Visit current customers to make sure they are happy with our services and see if they can use us for other services, handle quote requests that come in on the phone or website.

Estimating: as customers request quote for services, submit timely bids. Follow up with these bids to see if we landed them.

Once work is landed: schedule the work with customer, make sure it is performed in a timely and professional manner, then follow up with customer to make sure they are happy with the work.

Job also includes keeping track of all bids, contracts, correspondence, and job costs in our system. Updating customer information in our system as well as work order information. Keeping track and communicating with C & D crews performing the work.
