Flatbed Trailer Inspector Needed

Sunline Global, Inc is looking to hire a professional and skilled trailer inspector to our staff!

Location: Sunline Global, Inc – 14402 Atlanta Dr. Laredo, TX 78045

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, open weekend availability of 10am-2pm

Compensation: $17/hour

Primary Duties:

Conducting thorough inspections of flatbed trailers to identify mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.

Performing routine maintenance checks and diagnosing potential problems before they escalate.

Ensuring all inspections comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Documenting inspection results and recommending necessary repairs or replacements.

Ensure each trailer has proper documentation and paperwork that matches the commodity

Check all tire pressure is at accurate psi levels with no damaged seals nor air punctures

Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help maintain the high standards of our fleet, ensuring safe and efficient operations for our drivers.

Ability to assist with cargo securement in the yard if necessary

Qualifications and Requirements:

CDL is required.

Experience preferred but not required. Sunline Trailer Inspectors will have on-the-job training with our Maintenance Manager.

DOT Certification preferred but not required.
