Sales Agent/Interior Designer

Job Summary: As a Furniture Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their furniture needs, and providing expert recommendations to drive sales. You will assist customers in finding and purchasing furniture that suits their style and budget while delivering exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Understand customers’ needs and preferences through active listening and effective questioning.

Provide product recommendations and detailed information on furniture options, including features, materials, and pricing.

Sales and Product Knowledge:

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the furniture products, including styles, trends, and promotions.

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.

Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store goals.

Sales Process Management:

Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.

Prepare and process sales transactions, including handling payments and financing options.

Assist with product ordering, tracking, and delivery scheduling.

Customer Service:

Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Provide support for returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as needed.

Attend Trade show, 1st one will be in San Antonio.
