Bar Manager

Fine dining restaurant looking for a bar manager to join our team!

Take responsibility for end of night cashouts, counting drawer, etc., staying until the end of every night to do final walkthrough, turn off lights, and lock doors.

Assist Host in fielding customer complaints and managing comps in conjunction with chef, as needed.

Supervise cash drawer, making change, selling gift certificates, etc.

Lead team at pre-shift meetings and motivate toward nightly goals.

Add, remove, and edit in computer nightly specials, beverage changes, etc

Work with chef to constructively address staff needs and other issues

Liquor inventory and ordering

Pre-batching cocktails as needed

Supervise Host, Servers and Backservers to be sure that everyone is meeting/exceeding service standards

Attend manager meetings and report on FOH issues, sales objectives, bar menu changes, trends, etc.
