Campground Host - Small RV Park in Salome, AZ (RV Space + Electric)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Campground Host for a small but growing RV park near Salome, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a park turnaround as we make significant improvements and expand our offerings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, enjoy interacting with guests, and take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Compensation includes free lot rent and electrical, with opportunities for future growth into a paid Park Manager position as the park develops.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations: Greet guests with a positive attitude, assist with check-ins/outs, answer questions, and help with RV parking.

Park Maintenance: Keep the park clean and orderly, including restrooms and grounds. Light landscaping and ensuring park rules are followed.

Reservation Management: Assist with bookings, manage the park schedule, and handle cancellations.

Administrative Tasks: Collect payments, manage records, and handle guest concerns professionally.

Future Growth: Be part of park improvement projects as new amenities are added.

Security & Safety: Help maintain a safe and peaceful environment, enforce quiet hours, and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications:

Great people skills, self-motivated, organized.

Basic maintenance abilities (light repairs, landscaping).

Able to handle payments and guest records.

Experience with RV parks or similar is a plus, but not required.

Willingness to learn reservation software (training provided).
