Older person needs labor help

Need someone to help me with landscaping for garden build out. I'm trying to build some small retaining walls and level areas of a garden to make the area more manageable and easier to work in as I have bad balance issues. I will also help some, but need someone to do most of heavy lifting. I will purchase all materials but need help from someone who can work a shovel, level soil, stack block, and has good work ethic. This can be done during day or in evenings.
