Materials Testing Technicians

Duties

- Performing field and laboratory tests for concrete, soils and asphalt

-Willing to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and some weekends

-Must have a good driving record as many positions include travel and driving a company vehicle.

-Valid driver's license -Clear MVR

-Ability to work independently which requires self-motivation and self-direction

Certificates are preferred, but not required: ACI, WAQTC, CAPA:

Skills & Responsibilities needed:

-Ability to read and understand data and document collected information.

-Must have professional communication skills.

This position requires field testing, and some lab work as well. Hours can be part time some weeks, and full time others. Weather depending.

Successful candidates will be performing field and laboratory tests for concrete, soils and asphalt.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: Varies depending on certificates and or experience

Schedule:

4 hour shift

8 hour shift

Some Over time

Night shift

On call (By Rotation)

Weekend availability (By Rotation)
