Position Title: Drug Screening Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:
-Performs administrative work in support of UA and BA collecting and processing functions.
-Performs customer service duties including data entry into company computer systems and databases.
-Visually monitors UA's and facilitates BA's.
-Engages in miscellaneous electronic and telephone communication with different agencies such as Colorado State Probation, Department of Human Services, etc.
-Pays close attention to a consistently high standard of work submitted to Colorado Judiciary, Child Protection, and other Collateral Agencies
JOB ACCOUNTABILITY:
-Must be comfortable testifying in court when required by subpoena;
-Assists in the handling of agency as well as customer service requests;
-Understands and complies with agency rules and regulations, as well as separate company standards;
-Process UA's and BA's per company standard operating procedure;
-Identifies problems and interacts with internal and/or external contacts as required to correct deficiencies;
-Adheres to all aspects of HIPAA and other medical privacy statutes both federally and statewide;
-Maintains daily operations and measures service performance daily;
-Ensures confidentiality (including stringent HIPAA adherence) and controls access to sensitive information, such as personnel files;

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education:
-High School diploma or GED required.
-Ability to read and write clearly in English.
Preferred Education:
-Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
-Minimum of one year of experience in a directly related clerical or secretarial field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibility is preferred. This includes experience, research, or schooling in paralegal studies, addiction counseling, community corrections, or other related fields of expertise.
SKILLS:
-ATTENTION TO DETAIL A MUST
-Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing;
-Perform duties independently without close supervision;
-Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required;
-Able to cover shifts on an as needed basis;
-Make sound judgment calls as they pertain to successful facilitation of working duties;
-Must be comfortable testifying in court for various situations;
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
-Must be able to work on a part-time or full-time basis.
This includes days, nights, on-call, weekends, and holidays from open to close of company as needed.
-PASSING OF A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED.
-Possibility for company advancement if applicant demonstrates consistently high standard for quality of work after hiring.
-Cannot have been a company client at any time.
-As per contractual guidelines, applicant MUST be over the age of 18.
