Carpenter/Laborer Needed for Full Home Remodel

Looking for someone with carpentry skills and willingness to assist with a few other remodeling items. Need help with things such as spray foaming in wall cavities/bays, installing insulation (R13 and 19) in walls and ceilings, removal of screws and nails in existing framing to get walls ready for drywall. Framing in two skylights, a portion of a closet, and some HVAC vents. You will need standard carpentry tools, compressor, nail gun, etc. I will provide all expendables and material. Full list of work is attached as a picture. I have two weeks work at a minimum. Please do not contact me if you cannot provide at least three commercial or residential projects references.
