Temporary- Clerical Support
Responsibilities:
The associate will assist program manager with daily tasks including:
Perform data entry on client information
Filing, creating files and scanning files into system
Must be able to work on Excel, will create spreadsheets, export reports
Answer phones
Provide customer service
Responsible for handling highly confidential information
Will be covering the front desk when needed
Will be assigned clerical functions as required
Requirements:
Must be a fast learner and follow directions. Must be detail-oriented individuals with accurate
counting skills and computer data entry.
Database - Data entry
Microsoft office skill level – intermediate
Able to take instruction and constructive criticism
Work with confidential information
Must be able to retain information and apply to various situations
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize on own
Flexible work hours and overtime at a moment’s notice including weekends
Communicate effectively, professionally, and persuasively in English over the phone, in
person, and via email with a broad and diverse customer base
High attention to detail
Self-starter and team player
Able to meet competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
