- Experience managing food and labor costs, menu development, food safety knowledge

- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to mentor, train & educate a team on all BOH related skills

- A background and interest in seasonal, Mexican cuisine a plus

- Must have 2 years GM experience or 4+ years AGM experience and a love of Mexican food

- Experience overseeing budgets, costs and knowledge of labor and health code regulations

- Must have 3+ years of restaurant management experience

- Experience with POS/reservation systems and relevant computer software

- Must have 2+ years bar/beverage management experience in full service, high-volume restaurants

- Strong beverage background/knowledge and ability to train and educate on all beverage and service materials

- Experience with inventory, ordering/purchasing, pricing, cost management

- Knowledge of natural & old world wines
