skilled carpenter

A local ABC Licensed general contracting company looking to hire the following individual:

Requirements:

-Have at least 4 years of carpentry experience

-Work well with others and be able to delegate task to other carpenters and laborers

-Positive and respectful attitude

-Able to read and interpret prints

-Reliable transportation with valid drivers license and working cell phone at all times

-Tools for the trade

-Highly motivated and hard working and able to motivate others

-All pay is on the books

-No drugs

Also looking to hire a skilled equipment operator with similar qualifications as above but more taylored towards foundation and concrete work.
