Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in Boston, Massachusetts. This role primarily involves interacting with members and guests, collecting demographic information, and ensuring smooth operations during specific shifts. The job focuses on customer service and data collection in a private membership club setting. Responsibilities: Ensure efficient operation of the establishment during specified shifts Collect, record, and manage demographic information from members and guests accurately Serve as a welcoming and detail oriented first point of contact for members and guests Uphold a detail oriented atmosphere by adhering to the dress code and wearing the provided uniform Efficiently manage and perform duties related to valet service Create a positive experience by handling guest-facing roles effectively Utilize customer service skills to communicate with and assist guests effectively Collaborate with team members to understand and improve the functionality of valet service Ensure timely and accurate data collection for analysis and reporting purposes. Requirements Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in human resources. Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle and various hiring processes. Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS). Strong decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques. Thorough understanding of labor legislation and payroll process. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in customer service is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse relationships. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
