Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be critical in maintaining our office environment and providing exceptional support to our team. This is a short-term contract position in the wellness industry where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including managing office supplies, coordinating with various departments, and providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all office and program supplies for the Wellness Center Coordinate with the IT department to manage all office equipment Maintain accurate records and manage inventory of office supplies, placing orders as necessary Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, clients, and staff Oversee building maintenance needs and manage related requests Assist with managing schedule and keeping supplies ready in the area of Medication Support Services Handle inbound and outbound calls and email correspondence, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to process customer data and schedule appointments Maintain a positive and professional office environment through effective communication and customer service. Requirements Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Demonstrated ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints High-level data entry skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others Strong work ethic and dedication to completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous.
