Maintenance Tech/Painter

This position is a 40 hour work week, ($20-$28 an hour) based on experience. The candidate should be dependable, and hard working, willing to train. Painting and Caulk Experience is a huge plus.

The candidate must be willing to maintain the interior and exterior of the Community and assist with minor repairs such as electrical, plumbing, concrete masonry, roofing, painting, landscaping and carpentry. The tech will turn apartment units and get them ready for new tenants. Exterior maintenance includes grounds, signage, outdoor furniture, pool upkeep, litter removal, and snow/ice removal.

Good interpersonal/communication skills/trustworthiness, ability to communicate well with co-workers and residents

Availability to participate in snow and ice removal (which may include holidays and weekends)

Good mechanical aptitude

Must have reliable vehicle and cell phone.
