Benchmark Management is accepting applications for SERVICE MANAGER candidates at our professionally managed apartment community in Sterling Heights.
Our Service Managers are a vital part of our onsite management team and are responsible for maintaining physical condition of apartment community. Service Managers perform maintenance operations and lead/train/mentor the onsite maintenance team.
The successful candidate will be a High School Graduate (or equivalent), have a minimum of 3 years maintenance or skilled trade experience in multi-housing, hospitality or construction, previous experience with and responsibility for implementing company policy, supervisory experience with the ability to train and motivate team, working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry and various appliances.
