Exterior Cleaning Technician

We are a highly rated and rapidly expanding elite exterior cleaning company with room for growth and leadership within our organization for individuals with the right work ethics and mind-set. We are seeking reliable, hard working candidates to join our quickly growing and successful cleaning team. We are looking to fill several positions for highly motivated employees that are looking for a great work environment, room for advancement and an hourly rate you deserve. We offer hourly pay, as well as, a bonus structure to ensure our employees maximize their weekly pay (plus tips!).

We are looking for people who have experience in gutter cleaning, maintenance, roofing and any exterior cleaning experience who are motivated, have the ability to work well in a team, willingness to learn to clean to our standards, reliable, punctual, in uniform and complete jobs proficiently and timely.

Responsibilities include (and are not limited to): running a service truck, handling safety equipment, reeling out hoses, taking before/after pictures, chemical knowledge and application, and performing minor repairs on equipment as needed. Bonuses and tips as well as hourly pay, depending on experience. Accepting applicants and resumes ONLY by email.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE KEY TO BEING PART OF OUR TEAM

-MUST BE able to walk on most roofs and move ladders and work off of them (this skill will be tested at your working interview, if you cannot climb ladders and be on roofs please do not apply).

-MUST BE honest, punctual, prepared, hard working, and self motivated with a positive attitude.

-MUST HAVE strong attention to detail and strive to do excellent work.

-MUST BE able to interact and be around customers and co-workers in a professional manner.

-MUST HAVE a valid driver's license and own transportation to get to the shop on time each morning.

-MUST speak and understand English or be bilingual.

-MUST have ITIN number or social security number.

-MUST be able to pass a background check.

-Experience in gutter cleaning, power washing, roof work is preferred, but willing to train the right person.

-Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

-Ability to follow instructions given by supervisor.

-Punctual, prepared, in uniform, reliable, organized and willing to learn.

-Ability to lift 50+lbs and pull hoses for the Lead Tech.

-Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather.
