Municipal Maintenance Company is a service company operating since 1955. We are one of the region's leaders in maintenance, repair, and installation of water and sewer equipment.

We are currently seeking someone for a new position within our company. This position will provide assistance to sales, project management and operations

Provide complete support to the management

Perform clerical tasks

Compile all the daily reports from various departments

Reply to all the correspondences that arrive in the company

Look after the inventory of office supplies like paper, pens, ink bottles, etc.

Provide full support to the management when it comes to decision making

Operate all the office filing systems

Assist with or manage all accounts receivable

Learn accounting software for producing invoices

Work closely with project managers for the writing of invoices

Resolve problems with customers related to invoicing

Track and expedite the billing process

Report weekly to management regarding billing status and issues

Assist office with other administrative duties

Requirements:

Must pass a substance abuse test

Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word

Bachelors degree required

Must have strong communication skills and command of the English language

Strong technical writing skills desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday
